Information for commencement for 2009-20010 will be at www.coe.berkeley.edu in February or in the Graduate Student Newsletter. Please note that the forms due in the AAO have earlier deadlines than Graduate Division for processing purposes.

Submit all documents to 750 Davis Hall except the Master’s thesis (Plan I) and dissertation, which should be submitted to Graduate Division directly at 318 Sproul Hall.
* Filing a thesis or dissertation in the summer will result in a degree conferred the following fall semester.
** You must be a registered student and your committee must be approved, or you cannot take the exam. If you take it in winter or summer break, you must be registered in the preceding or following semester or during the summer for a summer exam.
