Driving Directions to Davis and McLaughlin Halls
From San Francisco, the San Francisco Airport, and points south on northbound Highway 101:
From Oakland, the Oakland Airport, Hayward or San Jose on northbound I-880:
From the East Bay on eastbound Highway 24:
- From Highway 24 exit at Telegraph Avenue and take a right on Telegraph Avenue.
- Continue on Telegraph Avenue until it ends at the southside of campus on Bancroft Way.
- Make a left on Bancroft Way.
- Make a right on Fulton Street, which will become Oxford Street in two blocks.
- From Oxford Street, take the second right onto Hearst Avenue.
- Drive approximately 4-6 blocks to the parking garages (A or H on map) on Hearst Avenue.

From the East Bay on northbound Highway 13:
- Highway 13 ends and becomes Tunnel Road.
- Continue on Tunnel Road, which becomes Ashby Avenue near the Claremont Hotel. Continue on Ashby Avenue.
- Turn right onto Shattuck Avenue.
- Turn right at University Avenue and continue east one block to Oxford Street.
- Turn left on Oxford Street, then take the second right onto Hearst Avenue.
- Drive approximately 4-6 blocks to the parking garages (A or H on map) on Hearst Avenue.

From the East Bay on I-80 bound, either east or west:
From the East Bay on westbound I-580:
Access to Berkeley Campus and Davis and McLaughlin Halls from I-80:
- Exit I-80 onto University Avenue.
- Continue east on University Avenue for approximately 1.5 miles to Oxford Street at the western edge of the campus.
- Turn left on Oxford Street, then take the second right onto Hearst Avenue.
- Drive approximately 4-6 blocks to the parking garages (A or H) on Hearst Avenue.
- Enter campus through the North Gate, then take the path to the left, pass the construction site, and proceed under the scaffolding. To your right is the entrance to McLaughlin Hall. To your left is a staircase that leads to the main entrance of Davis Hall.
