August 22-26 is Welcome Week at Cal. Welcome to all new CEE students! Attend CEE Orientations and learn about important departmental resources.
Undergraduate
CEE freshmen and transfer students should attend the College of Engineering's New Student Orientation on Wednesday, August 24, starting at 9:00 a.m. in Wheeler Auditorium. CEE's departmental orientation is at 1:00-3:00 p.m. in 502 Davis Hall.

Graduate
CEE Graduate Student Orientation is on Monday, August 22.
Check-in and registration is from 8:15-9:00 a.m. on the Bechtel Terrace, outside of Davis Hall. CEE's departmental orientation program follows the check-in period from 9:00-10:00 a.m. in Room 4, Leconte Hall. Individual CEE program break-out sessions will be offered either from 10:00 a.m.-noon and/or from 1:00-3:30 p.m., depending on program.
There will be presentations from faculty and staff on important resources within the department, in the College of Engineering, and on campus. Box lunches will be available for new students and faculty on the Bechtel Terrace at noon.
