Yi Liu, a Transportation Engineering PhD candidate, is among 20 outstanding early career women in CEE selected to participate in MIT's first ever CEE Rising Stars Workshop.
The event will bring together the next generation of CEE academic leaders for 2 days of scientific interactions and career-oriented discussions. It will feature research presentations by the participants, faculty talks, panels on issues relevant to academic careers, and opportunities for informal networking with faculty members at MIT.
Liu's faculty advisor is Professor Mark Hansen.
