The ASCE Journal of Computing in Civil Engineering selected a paper co-authored by Professor Kenichi Soga to receive its 2016 Best Paper Award.
The paper is titled, "Distortion-Free Image Mosaicing for Tunnel Inspection Based on Robust Cylindrical Surface Estimation through Structure from Motion."
The other authors are Krisada Chaiyasarn; Tae-Kyun Kim; Fabio Viola; and Roberto Cipolla.
