03.13.03 Kara Nelson is the recipient of a National Science Foundation CAREER Award to support her research into sunlight-mediated inactivation of pathogens in water.
03.13.03 Shaofan Li is the recipient of a National Science Foundation CAREER Award to support his research into multiscale and meshfree computational mechanics.
03.13.03 Leslie Robertson (UCB Class of 1952) will present a special lecture entitled "Tall Buildings of Yesterday and Today" on Thursday, March 20, 2003 from 3:30-5 p.m. in Sibley Auditorium, Bechtel Engineering Center. Mr. Robertson is a structural designer of the world's tallest buildings.
