Transportation Student Receives Eisenhower Transportation Fellowship

Graduate Student Mark McDonald of the Transportation Engineering program has been awarded a Dwight David Eisenhower Transportation Fellowship for the 2004-2005 academic year.

The Eisenhower Transportation Fellowship provides funding for tuition, research and travel to the annual Transportation Research Board meeting. Its purpose is to help upgrade the scope of knowledge of the entire transportation community in the United States. Only ten of the fellowships were awarded nationwide for the coming year, and three of the recipients are students at UC Berkeley. Congratulations, Mark!
