Professor Jack Moehle Gives Keynote Address on Earthquake Engineering

Jack Moehle was a keynote speaker at the 14th World Conference on Earthquake Engineering, held in Beijing, China. Professor Moehle's lecture was on Performance-Based Seismic Design of Tall Buildings in the United States. The presentation highlighted experiences from the review of many tall buildings in the seismically active western US, as well as findings of the Tall Buildings Initiative of the Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center.
