Beverly K. Coleman Named FAA Centers of Excellence "Outstanding Student of the Year 2008"

Beverly K. Coleman, Ph.D. candidate in environmental engineering, was named "Outstanding Student of the Year 2008" by the Federal Aviation Administration's Centers of Excellence Program.

Beverly's research has contributed valuable insights into the significance of ozone interaction with human skin oils both as a sink for ozone in aircraft cabins and as a source of potentially irritating byproducts. Her advisor is Professor William Nazaroff.
