Mobile Century / Mobile Millennium Wins TRANNY Award

The experiment, Mobile Century, led by Professor Alexandre Bayen, under the umbrella of the California Center for Innovative Transportation (CCIT) on February 8, 2008, and the follow-up project, Mobile Millennium, have won a 2009 TRANNY Award.

TRANNY Awards are awarded to individuals and organizations who have made a major contribution to California transportation. The awards are hosted by the California Transportation Foundation (CTF). The jury is made up of public and private sector transportation professionals.
