Professional Development Leadership Certificate Requirements
- Complete the requirements for the Professional Development Certificate Program.

Satisfy the communications skills requirement (one of the following):
- Presentation at a research conference
- Presentation at a College of Engineering Research Poster Session
- Other approved presentation (e.g., in a senior design course)

Complete two of the following:

Management skills requirement (choose one):
- Supervisor role on a student competition team, ASCE, or Chi Epsilon
- Attendance at a campus workshop on mentoring
- Complete a Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology (CET) course.

Team-building skills requirement
- Year-long participation on a student competition team

Interdisciplinary perspective requirement (choose one):
- Complete 3 units of course work from Blum Center for Developing Economies-Global Poverty and Practice
- Complete 3 units of interdisciplinary work with approval of the CEE Outreach Chaira Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology (CET) course.
- Complete 3 units of interdisciplinary work with approval of the CEE Outreach Chair

Management skills requirement (choose one):
Notification of Completion
- Fill out the Notification of Completion form and submit it to the CEE Academic Affairs Office, 750 Davis Hall, by the end of the semester in which the certificate is to be awarded.
