The Committee on National Concrete Canoe Competitions (CNCCC) is in charge of presenting the participants in the 2004 American Society of Civil Engineers/Master Builders, Inc. National Concrete Canoe Competition with its Rules and Regulations. Since the rules change year to year, the current rules are available above. The CNCCC will be in charge of clearing any discrepancies or making any clarifications, but each team is responsible for reading and interpreting the rules as written.
