The NETCELL Simulation Package software (version 1.01) described in this report is now available for download free of charge. By downloading these files, it is expressly understood that this software is unsupported. If you downloaded NETCELL prior to August 7 2000, please download the latest version. The older version had a minor bug. (Download old version HERE.)
