Interests:

Surface water hydrology, regional to global scale hydroclimatic processes, dendroclimatology, atmospheric and oceanic processes and their influence on streamflow and precipitation, global climate change, hydrologic prediction, ENSO and PDO effects on regional hydrology.

Current Research Projects:

• Climate change impacts on the hydrology, water quality, and agroeconomics of the San Joaquin River Basin (EPA/STAR).

• Southern hemisphere teleconnections and their relationship with Australian hydroclimatic processes.

• ENSO and PDO effects on the precipitation and streamflow variationsof hte Upper Colorado River Basin.
