FEDEAS contains utilities for facilitating data input and output of the custom elements in the library.
These utilities are developed with FEAP's Umesh feature. They can be invoked with the usual FEAP sequence of a keyword and several lines of input data. Following FEAP's convention, termination of a block of data is by a blank line.
The current beta release has the following utilities:

| Specification of ground acceleration factors and proportional load histories (Ground Acceleration) |
NOTE
| The fiber (FSEC) and hysteretic section (HSEC) input blocks make reference to specific materials. If you wish to have these fiber or hysteretic section material data echoed in the output (FEAP's ofile), then the material block of data (ML1D) needs to precede the FSEC or HSEC blocks. |
| The sensors block (SENS) activates elements, sections and fibers to be monitored. However, no monitoring will take place unless you also include a SENS command in the BATCh solution macro. |
