Prerequisite: Course CE 260, or consent of the Instructor. Studio course in air transportation planning. Problems in airport planning and design; airline planning; aviation systems planning. This year's course will focus on a master plan update for a small airport in Harisburg, Pennasylvania. The studio will form teams focusing on elements of the master planning project including forecasting, capacity and airfield analysis, landus planning, terminals and airport access. This studio course satisfies the laboratory requirement in the Transportation Engineering program.
