The second CEE Geotechnical Engineering Research Symposium was held on Nov. 9. The annual fall symposium is an opportunity for current PhD students and Research Associates to share their research with the geotechnical engineering industry. This year the event attracted over 120 attendees.
The symposium included short oral presentations and one-on-one conversations via a poster session. At the end of the day there was a discussion session where panelists and attendees talked about current issues in geotechnical engineering, industry research needs, and ideas for future collaborations.
