As part of the CE112 Water & Wastewater Systems Design and Operation course, a Water Industry Career Roundtable was held on December 1. The roundtable was attended by several senior leaders from various Bay Area water agencies and companies. During the roundtable, the participants discussed their personal career journeys and motivations, as well as the career paths available within their organizations. They also talked about the skills they look for when hiring and how to get into the water and wastewater industry.

    • Angela MacKinnon – Vice President, Area Leader, Bay Area 
  • Carollo 
    • Thomas Gillogly – Water Practice Director/Senior Vice President

    • Cindy L. Preuss – Water Conveyance Discipline Leader 

Moreover, these organizations have provided 11 internships to the students. The interns will begin their work during the upcoming summer.
