The CEE Concrete Canoe team placed 7th in the ASCE National Concrete Canoe Competition held at the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana on June 16-18.
It was the 18th appearance of Berkeley Canoe at the ASCE National Concrete Canoe Competition, a tie with Clemson University for most appearances.
This year, Berkeley's CyBear, placed second in the design paper, third in presentation, and earned 7th place overall.

Berkeley's placements in all categories are as follows:
Best design paper: 2nd place
Best oral presentation: 3rd place
Best final product: 11th place
Men's slalom/endurance race: 6th place
Women's slalom/endurance race: 7th place
Women's sprint race:10th place
